On behalf of Kadlec Foundation, Kadlec Medical Center, Einan's Funeral Home, and Sunset Memorial Gardens, you and your family are invited to attend a special memorial service for all pregnancy losses that have occurred at Kadlec during the past year.
The service will be held on June 18, 2008
At the "Our Little Lambs" bronze sculpture site located by Einan's Funeral Home, and will last approximately 20 minutes.
